Sometimes you may need to delete orders. Sometimes orders are created just for testing or you may have got the wrong order.
Delete will help you to get rid of such orders and it will be removed from all the analytics and reports.
You can delete an order from: Store > Orders > Select Order > Details
When customer checkouts with Pay Later option, you're collecting payments manually from them.
At the time of payment, the customer may not pay a full amount or rounds off the amount or asks for a discount.
In such cases, you can use the order adjustment & discount feature to keep track of the right amount you've collected.
You can manage it from: Store > Orders > Select Order > Items
